Gideon Exhibition & Convention Consulting was entrusted with the “2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Taoyuan Service System Development, Planning and Execution” project, establishing a comprehensive service network to maintain high-quality service standards and operational efficiency even amid extremely high visitor volumes.

Over the two-week festival period, the project successfully served more than 28,000 visitors. With meticulous attention to detail, Gideon transformed complex crowd management and logistics operations into streamlined and standardized service processes, ensuring smooth and efficient event operations.
