In June 2026, the Global Cooperation and Training Framework International Workshop was held in Taipei under the theme “Building Resilient Democracies to Counter Transnational Repression.” The event brought together experts and representatives from 29 countries, fostering cross-sector exchange through thematic presentations and discussions. Participants explored how multilateral cooperation can strengthen the resilience and protective capacity of democratic societies in the face of emerging challenges.
